Abstract
본 발명은, 글루타민 tRNA 5' 말단 유래의 단편(Gln 5' tRF)이 과발현된 형질전환 예쁜꼬마선충, 이의 제조방법, 및 상기 형질전환 예쁜꼬마선충을 이용한 노화 관련인자의 스크리닝 방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에서 제공하는 형질전환 예쁜꼬마선충 모델은, 글루타민 tRNA 5' 말단 유래의 단편(Gln 5' tRF)이 과발현되어 노화가 억제된 동물모델로서, 본 발명의 모델을 이용하면 항노화 메커니즘을 손쉽게 규명할 수 있고, 이를 통하여 항노화 신약 개발, 노화 유도 물질 스크리닝 등 다양한 연구 분야에서 크게 기여할 수 있을 것이다.
