(a) 강알칼리 수용액 내에서 이산화티탄을 반응시켜 티타네이트 나노튜브 분말을 얻는 단계; 및 (b) 상기 티타네이트 나노튜브 분말을 강산 수용액 및 티타네이트 흡착 물질과 반응시켜 아나타제 결정상을 갖는 이산화티탄 함유 티타네이트 나노튜브를 얻는 단계를 포함하는 이산화티탄 함유 티타네이트 나노튜브의 제조방법이 제공된다.
