본 발명은 탄소나노섬유를 CdS(Cadmium sulfide) 전구체 용액에 침지시켜 탄소나노섬유 표면에 CdS 입자층을 형성하는 단계를 포함하는 탄소나노섬유 복합체 제조방법에 관한 것이다.
