- Abstract
- 본 발명은 태양 전지의 상대전극부에 광반사층과 전해질 산화/환원의 촉매층의 역할을 동시에 수행할 수 있는 복합 촉매층을 형성하여 제조 공정을 단순화하고 효율을 높일 수 있도록 한 광감응 태양전지 및 그의 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 그 구성은 광감성 염료의 흡착이 이루어지는 광전극부;상기 광전극부에 대향하여 구성되는 상대전극부;상기 광전극부 및 상대전극부의 사이에 위치하여 산화/환원 반응을 통하여 전자 전달 역할을 하는 전해질; 을 포함하고, 상기 상대전극부 상에 광반사 및 산란 그리고 전해질의 산화/환원 반응을 촉진시키는 촉매로의 역할을 동시에 수행하는 복합 촉매층이 형성되는 것이다.
