- Abstract
- 본 발명은 중공 구조를 갖는 금속산화물 나노섬유의 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 더욱 구체적으로 비수용성 고분자 나노섬유를 글리콜(glycol)류에 녹인 금속이온 함유 전구체 용액에 침지 및 코팅한 후 비수용성 고분자 나노섬유를 소성하여 중공 구조를 갖는 금속산화물 나노섬유의 제조방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따르면, 수용성 고분자 나노섬유를 이용하여 금속산화물 나노섬유를 제조하거나 비수용성 고분자 나노섬유를 이용하고 금속 전구체의 용매로서 물을 이용하여 금속산화물 나노섬유를 제조하는 경우에는 나노섬유의 구조를 유지하기 못하거나 입자상의 금속산화물을 얻게 되지만, 비수용성 고분자 나노섬유에 글리콜을 용매로 하는 금속 전구체 용액을 코팅하여 소성시킴으로써 안정된 중공 구조를 갖는 금속산화물 나노섬유를 제조할 수 있다.
