Abstract
본 발명은 기판, 상기 기판 상에 형성된 제1 전극, 상기 제1 전극 상에 형성되고 칼코지나이드계 반도체 화합물이 상기 제1 전극 상에 전착(電着)되어 형성된 전착막으로 이루어진 P형 반도체층, 상기 P형 반도체층 상에 형성된 N형 반도체층 및 상기 N형 반도체층의 적어도 일 영역 상에 형성된 제2 전극을 포함하는 박막 태양 전지 및 이의 제조 방법을 제공한다.
