- 본 발명은 전기화학장치용 산화물 반도체 전극의 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 특히 티타늄 전구체, 고분자 화합물, 및 용매의 혼합물을 산화물 도체가 코팅된 기판에 스핀코팅법으로 코팅하고, 열처리하여 산화물 반도체 전극을 제조함으로써 가정용 및 산업용 오염물질을 효율적으로 처리할 수 있으며, 화학적 내구성이 강하고, 제조가 매우 간단하며, 비용을 절감할 수 있는 전기화학장치용 산화물 반도체 전극의 제조방법에 관한 것이다.
