- Abstract
- 본 발명은 전극용 탄소 필름, 이의 제조방법, 및 이를 포함하는 광전기화학 전지에 관한 것으로, 폴리아크릴로니트릴(PAN) 고분자 및 디메틸설폭사이드(DMSO)를 포함하는 혼합 용액을 제조하는 1단계, 상기 혼합 용액을 기판 상에 캐스팅 및 건조시켜서 PAN 고분자 필름을 제조하는 2단계, 상기 PAN 고분자 필름을 탄화하여 탄소 필름을 제조하는 3단계, 및 상기 탄소 필름 상에 전기화학 증착법을 통해 산화아연 나노혼(nano-horn)을 성장시키는 4단계를 포함함에 따라, 간단한 공정을 통해 전기적 특성이 우수한 전극용 탄소 필름을 제조할 수 있다.
