Our NIRO Lab develops neural devices and robotic systems that can be applied to the next generation of neuroprosthetics and electroceuticals based on neuromodulation technology. To achieve this goal, our group researches advanced muscle/neural interfaces, biocompatible/biodegradable materials for the interfaces, battery-free neurostimulators as well as battery-free human-robot interfaces.
