Emerging Semiconductor Device Technology Laboratory: Our group aims to develop emerging semiconductor device technologies that enable efficient computing and artificial intelligence. We actively persue interdisciplinary research across electrical engineering, materials science, physics, chemistry and related fields. Our research covers from emerging (post-CMOS) semiconductor devices to their integrated systems into computing applications. These include neuromorphic/in-memory computing as well as other cutting edge domain such as communication. We currently focus on memristive switching material/devices for memory, AI accelerator, bio-inspired computing and high-complexity computing.
