- 일 실시예에 따른 2관성계 구동기 제어 장치는, 구동부와, 부하부와, 상기 구동부 및 상기 부하부를 연결하는 탄성부를 포함하는 2관성계 구동기; 및 제어 입력과, 상기 제어 입력을 상기 2관성계 구동기에 인가하여 생성되는 출력에 기초한 상기 2관성계 구동기의 동역학적 모델을 포함하고, 상기 동역학적 모델에 기초하여 상기 2관성계 구동기의 출력을 제어하는 외란관측기를 포함하고, 상기 동역학적 모델은 매개 변수로서 공진 주파수와, 이득과, 감쇠 계수를 포함하고, 상기 공진 주파수와, 상기 이득과, 상기 감쇠 계수는 설정 신호를 상기 2관성계 구동기에 인가함에 따라 발생되는 반응에 기초하여 각각 결정될 수 있다.
