- Abstract
- 본 발명의 일 실시예는, 몸체부, 상기 몸체부에 연결되며, 내부에 유공압 챔버를 구비하고 상기 유공압 챔버로 제공되는 유공압을 이용하여 구동되는 제1 파지부 및 상기 몸체부에 연결되며, 내부에 유공압 챔버를 구비하고 상기 유공압 챔버로 제공되는 유공압을 이용하여 구동되는 제2 파지부를 포함하고, 상기 제1 파지부는 외부의 물체와 접촉하는 제1 접촉영역 상에 배치되는 제1 전극을 구비하는 제1 전기부착필름(electro-adhesive film)을 포함하고, 상기 제2 파지부는 외부의 물체와 접촉하는 제2 접촉영역 상에 배치되는 제2 전극을 구비하는 제2 전기부착필름(electro-adhesive film)을 포함하는, 전기부착성 유공압 그리퍼를 제공한다.
