Abstract
모시 세포의 활성 평가를 통한 항우울제의 스크리닝 방법에 관한 것으로서, 일 양상에 따른 스크리닝 방법은 새롭게 규명한 항우울제의 핵심적인 작용기작에 기초하여, 모시 세포의 신경 활성 수준을 평가 및 비교함으로써, 보다 간이하고 효과적으로 신규 항우울제를 발굴할 수 있다.
