Abstract
본 발명의 일 실시예는, 로봇의 표면 상에 배치되는 복수의 제1 정전용량측정부 및 상기 제1 정전용량측정부와 이격되어 상기 로봇의 표면 상에 배치되되, 상기 제1 정전용량측정부의 제1 측정면적과 다른 제2 측정면적을 갖는 복수의 제2 정전용량측정부를 포함하는, 로봇의 충돌 감지 센서를 제공한다.
