- Abstract
- 본 발명의 실시예에 따른 현미경의 동작 방법에서는 렌즈부가 제1 영상 레이저를 대상체에 송신하고, 대상체에 포함되는 제1 영역으로부터 반사되는 제1 반사신호에 기초하여 제1 스캔영상을 획득할 수 있다. 초음파 변환부가 제1 영역에 초음파 신호를 송신집속하여 제1 영역에 공기방울 형성할 수 있다. 렌즈부가 제2 영상 레이저를 대상체에 송신하고, 대상체에 포함되는 제2 영역으로부터 반사되는 제2 반사신호에 기초하여 제2 스캔영상을 획득할 수 있다. 본 발명에 따른 현미경의 동작방법에서는 초음파 변환부는 대상체에 포함되는 제1 영역에 초음파 신호를 송신집속하여 제1 영역에 공기방울을 형성함으로써 현미경의 영상가능한 깊이를 증가시킬 수 있다.
