| dc.description.abstract | 본 발명은 타인의 도움 없이 사용자 본인의 운동자세를 용이하게 확인하여 운동 중 올바른 자세를 지속적으로 유지할 수 있는 자세 모니터링이 가능한 벤치프레스 운동기구를 제공함에 있다. 이를 위한 본 발명은 벤치본체의 상측에 배치되며 바벨을 포함한 운동 중인 사용자의 제1영상을 촬영하는 제1카메라와, 벤치본체의 측부에 배치되며 바벨을 포함한 운동 중인 사용자의 제2영상을 촬영하는 제2카메라를 구비하는 촬영부; 및 상기 제1영상을 표시하되 바벨과 평행하게 배치되는 제1기준선과, 상기 제2영상을 표시하되 바벨과 평행하게 배치되는 제2기준선을 각각 표시하는 디스플레이부;를 포함하며, 상기 제1영상 및 상기 제2영상에서 표시되는 바벨이 상기 제1기준선 및 상기 제2기준선에 일치되는지 여부를 출력하여 사용자가 올바른 운동자세를 지속할 수 있도록 하는 특징을 개시한다. | - |
