- Abstract
- 본 발명은 내시현미경의 수직 분해능을 평가하고 최적화하는 장치, 광학 시스템 및 그 방법에 관한 것으로, 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 광학 시스템은 내시현미경 렌즈 모듈 및 광신호 전달 모듈을 포함하는 내시현미경 프로브, 상기 내시현미경 렌즈 모듈 또는 광신호 전달 모듈의 위치 또는 각도를 조절하는 다축 정렬부; 및 상기 광학 시스템의 수직 분해능에 대한 측정 결과를 디스플레이하는 주광학장치를 포함할 수 있고, 상기 내시현미경 렌즈 모듈 및 광신호 전달 모듈은 분리 및 체결가능한 구조인 것을 특징으로 할 수 있다.
