- 본 실시예에 의한 미세 생물체의 추적 장치는: 광원과, 미세 생물체가 위치한 플레이트와, 타겟을 이미징하는 이미징 장치와, 타겟의 움직임에 따라 이미징 장치를 이동하는 모터 스테이지 및 타겟의 이미지를 제공받고, 타겟의 이미지를 처리하여 모터 스테이지를 제어하는 제어부를 포함한다.
