Bio-Micro Robotics Lab258
Our research focus is on Micro-Electromechanical Systems (MEMS) and Nano- Electromechanical Systems (NEMS) for robotics and biomedicine. Current research activities in our group include micro-robots, micro/nano manipulation, acoustic MEMS transducers, brain-machine interfaces, and microfluidics devices. The potential applications for those research areas are minimally invasive surgery, drug/cell transportation within the body, neural prostheses for artificial sensory systems, medical communication, and ultrasonic medical imaging.
