Abstract
본 발명은, 본체부; 상기 본체부의 내부에 설치되며, 전후로 이동하는 니들; 상기 니들의 일 측과 타 측에 각각 설치되며, 전방의 대상물로 빛을 조사하는 제1광섬유 및 제2광섬유; 상기 제1 및 제2광섬유를 통해 대상물로 빛을 조사하며, 대상물로부터 반사되어 상기 제1 및 제2광섬유로 유입된 빛을 검출하여 상기 니들과 대상물의 표면이 이루는 각도()를 측정하는 제어부를 포함하는 초정밀 조작장치 및 그 제어방법을 제공한다.
