본 발명은 프로세서 사용률에 기반하여 프로세서에 대한 인터럽트 발생 속도를 제어하는 장치 및 방법을 제공한다. 이로써 I/O 처리 지연 시간이 개선되고 에너지 효율성이 향상된다.
