본 발명의 다양한 실시예에 따른 곡률을 가지는 박막의 형성 방법은, 기판을 준비하는 단계; 상기 기판 상에 제1 박막 및 제2 박막을 형성하는 단계; 상기 제2 박막을 패터닝하는 단계; 상기 제2 박막 상에 보호막을 형성하는 단계; 및 상기 제1 박막을 선택적으로 식각하는 단계를 포함할 수 있다.
