- Abstract
- 본 발명은 시트형 주파수 분리기 및 이를 포함하는 광섬유 기반 스캐닝 장치에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따르면, 시트형 주파수 분리기는 광섬유; 상기 광섬유에 부착되어 상기 광섬유의 2개의 축 방향의 공진 주파수를 분리시키는 주파수 분리기; 상기 광섬유의 일 단에 연결되어 상기 광섬유를 고정하는 광섬유 앵커; 상기 광섬유 앵커와 일정 거리만큼 이격되어 위치하며 상기 광섬유를 지지하는 광섬유 홀더; 및 상기 광섬유를 2개의 축 방향으로 변형될 수 있도록 구동시키는 구동부를 포함한다. 이와 같이 본 발명에 따르면, 시트형의 주파수 분리기를 광섬유 위에 수직으로 부착함으로써, MEMS 공정 없이 비용 효율적으로 용이하게 제작할 수 있고 충분한 주파수 분리가 가능하게 된다.
