Abstract
본 발명은 신규 질환 동물 모델 제조를 위한 MDGA1 MAM 도메인의 용도에 관한 것으로, 보다 구체적으로 MDGA1 단백질 또는 이의 MAM 도메인; 또는 이들을 암호화하는 유전자를 해마에 주입하는 단계를 포함하는, 억제성 시냅스 신경전달이 억제된 동물 모델을 제조하는 방법, 신규사물인지기억 장애 동물 모델을 제조하는 방법, 및 상기 방법에 의해 제조된 동물 모델을 이용한 신규 약물 스크리닝용 플랫폼에 관한 것이다.
