dc.description.abstract Silver nanowires (Ag NWs) are suitable for flexible elctronics such as wearable devices owing to their superior electrical, thermal, and mechanical properties. Achieving the precise patterning of Ag NWs is highly demanding to realize wearable deivces with enhanced functionality. However, the high aspect ratio and porosity of NW netowrks present challenges in achieving high-resolution patterns. Herein, we present a novel approach using the intaglio transfer printing technique to create high-resolution patterning of Ag NW with high aspect ratio. The applied force is concentrated at the trench edge, resulting in the fracture of NWs networks. Therefore, the obtained patterns enable down to 10 µm width and complicated Ag NW patterns on flexible substrates. The patterned electrode show high mechanical stability under deformations and can be applied to various curvatures. Finally, they are applied as wearable sensors to monitor biopotential signals in rea-time, suggesting the potential for healthcare system. -
