| dc.description.abstract | 본 발명은 이종접합 구조의 전이금속 디칼코게나이드의 제조 방법 및 이를 이용하여 제조된 이종접합 구조의 전이금속 디칼코게나이드를 개시한다. 본 발명은 기판 상에 제1 칼코겐 물질을 포함하는 칼코겐 박막을 형성하는 단계; 상기 칼코겐 박막 상에 전이금속 박막을 형성하는 단계; 상기 기판에서 전이금속 박막 방향으로 레이저를 조사하여 제1 전이금속 디칼코게나이드 박막을 제조하는 단계; 및 상기 전이금속 박막 상에 제2 칼코겐 물질을 포함하는 반응성 가스를 주입하여 제2 전이금속 디칼코게나이드 박막을 형성하는 단계;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다. | - |
