Abstract
본 발명은 소프트 액추에이터 및 그 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 본 발명의 실시 예를 따르는 소프트 액추에이터는, 꼬임(twist)을 갖는 섬유; 및 상기 섬유의 표면의 적어도 일부에 배치된 열전소자;를 포함하고, 상기 섬유는 상기 열전소자에 흐르는 전류 방향이 변경함에 따라 팽창 및 수축한다.
