- Abstract
- 본 발명의 일 측에 따른 산화인듐주석 로드의 제조방법은 디메틸포름아미드(dimethylformamide) 및 알콜의 혼합비율을 달리함으로써 길이와 두께의 비인 어스펙트비(aspect ratio)가 조절된 산화인듐주석 로드를 제조할 수 있다. 즉, 산화인듐주석 로드 제조시, 디메틸포름아미드와 알콜을 특정 비율로 혼합함으로써 제조되는 산화인듐주석의 두께와 길이를 쉽게 조절할 수 있다. 또한, 본 발명의 일 측에 따라 인듐과 주석에 고분자를 배위시킨 화합물로부터 제조되는 산화인듐주석 로드는 전자 재료, 센서 소재 등 다양한 소재 분야에 적용될 수 있다.
