전자책에 대한 질의 관리 장치 및 방법이 개시된다. 전자책에 대한 질의 관리 장치는 제1 단말에서의 전자책에 대한 질의 요청에 연동하여, 상기 질의 요청이 발생한 상기 전자책 내 질의 부분에 대한 식별정보를 생성하는 생성부와, 상기 전자책에 포함되는 텍스트 필드를 통해, 상기 제1 단말로부터 질의 내용을 입력받는 인터페이스부와, 상기 질의 내용을 상기 식별정보에 대응시켜 인터넷 게시판에 등록하고, 상기 등록에 대한 알림을, 상기 제1 단말, 및 상기 제1 단말이 속하는 그룹의 제2 단말로 제공하는 프로세서를 포함할 수 있다.
