Abstract
본 발명의 실시예는, PVA(poly vinyl alcohol)가 포함된 전착용액과 -1 ~ 5V 범위의 직류(DC) 전압 조건으로 실시되는 전착법으로 태양전지용 CuXInYGaZSeN (X=0-2, Y=0-2, Z=0-2, N=0-3) 층의 광흡수층 형성을 위해 금속 전구체를 이용하여 이온화된 구리(Cu), 인듐(In), 칼슘(Ca), 셀렌(Se) 성분을 전착하는 것을 특징으로 하는 CIGS 박막 제조 방법을 제공한다.
