Abstract
본 발명은 이차전지 양극용 보호층 및 그 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 이차전지 양극 상에 배치되는 Al(2/3)xZnxO 보호층을 적용함으로써 기존의 이차전지 양극의 충방전에 따른 안정성 저하 억제 및 효율 특성 개선 가능한 초박막 산화물 반도체 기술에 관한 것이다.
