오엘이디 소자의 제조 방법이 제공된다. 본 발명에 의한 오엘이디 소자의 제조 방법은, 기판 상에 하부 전극층을 형성하는 단계; 상기 하부 전극층의 화소 영역 상에 발광 유기물층을 형성하는 단계; 및 상기 발광 유기물층 및 상기 하부 전극층의 보조 전극 영역 상에 상부 전극층을 형성하는 단계를 포함한다.
