- Abstract
- 본 발명은 CZTS계 태양전지용 박막의 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 보다 구체적으로는 (a) 구리 전구체, 아연 전구체, 주석 전구체 및 VI족 원소의 전구체를 함유하는 CZTS계 광흡수층 전구체 용액을 준비하는 단계; (b) 상기 전구체 용액을 기판 위에 1차 도포하고 전열처리한 후, VI족 원소 함유 기체 분위기 하에서 1차 열처리를 수행하는 단계; 및 (c) 상기 열처리된 전구체 용액의 도포층 위에 금속 전구체 용액을 2차 도포한 후 전열처리 하여, VI족 원소 함유 기체 분위기 하에서 2차 열처리를 수행하여 CZTS계 광흡수층을 제조하는 단계를 포함하는 방법에 관한 것이다.
