Abstract
본 발명은 빛의 입사에 따라 생성된 여기전자를 외부로 공급하는 광전극부, 외부로부터 전자가 유입되는 금속막과, 상기 금속막 상에 위치하여 전자의 이동을 위한 환원을 촉진하는 촉매층을 포함하는 상대전극부 및 상기 광전극부와 상기 상대전극부 사이에 위치하여 산화/환원 반응을 통하여 상기 상대전극부로부터 전자를 받아 상기 광전극부로 전자를 전달하는 전해질을 포함한다.
