Abstract
본 발명은 수면 중인 사용자의 뇌졸중 발병 여부를 판단하는 수면 중 뇌졸중 판단 장치 및 방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 일면에 따른 수면 중 뇌졸중 판단 장치는 사용자의 신체 부위 상에 배치되어 사용자의 움직임 데이터를 수집하는 움직임 데이터 획득부와, 움직임 데이터를 가공하여 기설정 시간 당 이동 거리 및 회전 거리 중 적어도 어느 하나의 모션 데이터를 산출하고, 모션 데이터와 움직임 한계점을 비교하여 사용자의 모션 특징 데이터를 추출하는 특징 추출부 및 모션 특징 데이터를 모니터링하고, 모션 특징 데이터와 뇌졸중 한계점을 비교하여 사용자의 뇌졸중 발병 여부를 판단하는 실시간 수면 중 뇌졸중 판단부를 포함한다.
