국소 열처리를 통한 트랜지스터 특성 복원방법을 제공한다. 국소 열처리를 통한 트랜지스터 특성 복원방법은 손상된 트랜지스터 소자가 내재된 전자 장치를 준비하는 단계 및 이때의 전자 장치 중 상기 손상된 트랜지스터 소자에 레이저를 조사하는 단계를 포함하고, 이때의 레이저 조사에 따른 열처리를 통하여 상기 손상된 트랜지스터 소자의 특성을 복원하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
