본 발명은 다중 모달 융합 내시경 시스템에 관한 것으로, 생체 내에 삽입되어 생체 세포 수준의 단층촬영이 가능한 광학내시경부와, 상기 광학내시경부의 광섬유다발을 통해 레이저광을 생체 조직에 조사하는 레이저광원부, 상기 레이저광의 조사에 따라 생체 조직에서 탈착되는 분석물질을 이온화하는 이온화처리부, 이온화된 상기 분석 물질의 질량을 분석하는 질량분석기로 이루어지는 질량분석부와, 상기 광학내시경부의 이미지 및 상기 질량분석부의 질량분석결과를 수신하고, 처리하여 표시하는 모니터링부를 포함한다.
