dc.description Charge Density Wave, Josephson Plasma Soliton, Optical Response -
이 현상은 기존에 Sine-Gordon 방정식을 이용해 현상학 적으로 연구가 되어 있는데, 이를 Second quantized 형태의 Hamiltonian의 관점에서 수치계산을 진행하였다.|One effective method for discovering a new characteristic of the material is a measurement with optical excitation. Thus, the investigation of optical excitation in a material can be a novel feature and the key to discovering many new phenomena. This paper will study an optical induced Charge density wave (CDW) fluctuation using the time-dependent Schrodinger equation with displacive excitation of coherent phonons and interband excitation. Also, it will describe the study of the propagation of a Josephson plasma soliton, which optical electric field induce, using the second quantization form of the Sine-Gordon equation. -
