| dc.description.abstract | 본 발명은 공포 기억 장애 동물모델, 이의 제조방법, 공포 기억 장애 치료용 조성물에 관한 것으로서, 본 발명에 따른 마우스의 해마 CA1 영역 특이적으로 Iqsec3 유전자가 녹아운된 마우스 모델은 오프-타겟 효과에 대한 문제가 발생하지 않기에, 일반적으로 연구되고 있던 편도체 부위가 아닌, 해마 영역 특이적으로 Iqsec3 유전자와 공포 기억과의 관련성을 세부적으로 관찰할 수 있기에, 공포 기억 장애관련 질환 및 이의 치료제 연구에 유용하게 사용될 수 있다. | - |
