Abstract
온도 센서 및 그의 제조 방법이 개시된다. 본 개시에 따른 온도 센서는 표면의 국소적 온도 변화에 따라 전위차가 발생하는 단일 열전층 및 단일 열전층의 표면에 코팅되어 단일 열전층을 보호하는 부동태화층을 포함하고, 단일 열전층은, 제1 전극, 제1 전극과 이격되어 배치되는 제2 전극 및 제1 전극과 제2 전극 사이에 위치하는 투명 열전 소자를 포함할 수 있다.
