| dc.description.abstract | 본 발명은 SAR 아날로그-디지털 변환 장치에 관한 것으로, 일실시예에 따른 SAR 아날로그-디지털 변환 장치는 적어도 하나의 SAR 커패시터를 구비하는 입력부와, 입력부와 연결되고 하나의 증폭기를 이용하여 k회(여기서, k는 2 이상의 양의 정수) 수행되는 적분(integration) 과정에서 발생되는 각각의 잔여(residue) 정보를 저장하는 k개의 적분 커패시터를 구비하는 재활용 적분부와, 재활용 적분기의 출력단에 연결되는 비교부 및 비교부의 출력단에 연결되어 비교부의 출력에 대응되는 디지털 신호를 생성하는 SAR 제어부를 포함한다. | - |
