| dc.description.abstract | 본 발명은 온도 분석 방법 및 이에 사용되는 온도 센서를 개시한다. 본 발명은 기판 상에 적어도 하나의 영역에 금속 박막을 형성하는 단계; 상기 금속 박막 상에 광파 열처리 공정을 진행하는 단계; 및 상기 광파 열처리된 금속 박막의 표면을 분석하여 상기 광파 열처리 공정의 온도를 검출하는 단계;를 포함하고, 상기 광파 열처리 공정의 온도에 따라 상기 금속 박막의 표면이 변화되는 것을 특징으로 한다. | - |
