본 개시의 일 실시 예에 따른 촉각을 재현하는 방법은, 이미지 센서, 소정 간격 이격된 복수의 미세전극들로 구성된 전기자극모듈 및 프로세서를 포함하는 촉각 재현 장치에 기초하여 전기 촉각을 재현하는 방법에 있어서, 상기 이미지 센서로부터 획득한 지문 이미지에 기반하여 제1 손가락을 확인하는 단계, 상기 제1 손가락의 지문에 대응하여 자극을 가하도록 결정된 자극 위치 정보를 포함하는 제1 자극 맵을 확인하는 단계, 상기 제1 자극 맵에 기반하여 상기 복수의 미세전극들 중 상기 제1 손가락에 자극을 가할 복수의 제1 자극 전극들을 결정하는 단계, 및 상기 복수의 제1 자극 전극들에 자극 인가용 전기 신호를 인가하는 단계를 포함할 수 있다.
