본 발명은 실시간 Gq 단백질 주기 감응형 형광공명에너지전달 센서 및 이의 용도에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 바이오센서의 FRET 현상에 기반한 형광 발광 강도의 비율 변화를 통해, 리간드의 결합에 따른 G 단백질 수용체의 활성 여부 및 세포내 하위경로의 활성을 실시간으로 확인할 수 있다.
