- Abstract
- 개시된 본 발명에 의한 나노 안테나장치는, 나노 사이즈로 마련되어 무선 신호를 송수신하는 안테나부, 전자기 신호를 입력하여 안테나부의 기계적 공진을 발생시키는 발생부 및, 안테나부를 사이에 두고 발생부와 마주하도록 마련되어 안테나부가 발생부에 의해 공진됨에 따른 공진 주파수와 입력되는 전자기 신호에 의한 공명 특성 변화를 측정하여 분석하는 분석부를 포함한다. 이러한 구성에 의하면, 나노 사이즈의 안테나부가 기계적 공진에 의해 공진 주파수를 발생시킴에 따라, 나노 사이즈로도 무선 통신성을 확보할 수 있게 된다.
