전자책의 메모에 기초한 학업 관리 장치 및 방법이 개시된다. 전자책의 메모에 기초한 학업 관리 장치는 단말로부터 전자책에서 기록된 메모 부분을 수집하고, 상기 메모 부분에 대한 식별정보 및 메모 내용을 확인하는 인터페이스부와, 상기 식별정보에 대응하는 설정 키워드를 데이터베이스로부터 검색하고, 상기 메모 내용에서의, 상기 설정 키워드에 대한 히팅율에 기초하여, 상기 전자책과 연관된 강의에 대한 이해도를 판단하는 프로세서를 포함할 수 있다.
