Abstract
본 발명은 정류소자 및 그의 제조 방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 실시 예에 따르면, 제1 전극, 상기 제1 전극 상에 증착된 절연층 및 상기 절연층의 기 설정된 영역 상에 나노 크기로 형성되며 상기 제1 전극에 대해 수직하면서 비대칭인 제2 전극을 포함하며, 상기 제2 전극은 상기 비대칭 구조에 의한 전류의 흐름을 증가시킬 수 있는 종횡비를 갖는 것을 특징으로 한다.
