일 실시예에 따른 박막트랜지스터 소자는, 베이스 기판에 형성된 데이터 라인 및 게이트 라인; 상기 게이트 라인 및 데이터 라인과 접속된 박막트랜지스터; 및 상기 베이스 기판 상에서 상기 데이터 라인 및 상기 게이트 라인으로부터 이격 배치되는 자기장 안테나;를 포함하고, 상기 자기장 안테나는 상기 박막트랜지스터에 연결되어, 상기 박막트랜지스터에 대하여 신호를 송수신하거나 상기 박막트랜지스터의 구동을 제어할 수 있다.
