Abstract
본 발명은 2차원 물질 및 금속 박막을 포함하는 전자소자 전송선에 관한 것으로, 상세하게는 초고주파의 전기신호를 전송하는 2차원 물질 및 저주파의 전기신호를 전송하는 금속 박막을 포함하며 상기 2차원 물질 및 금속 박막이 적층되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 전자소자 전송선에 관한 것으로, 상기 전자소자 전송선을 마이크로 전자소자에 적용함으로써, 초고주파 전송 특성이 현저히 향상된 마이크로 전자소자를 제조할 수 있는 장점이 있다.
