본 발명의 일 실시예에 따르면, 압전 및 열전 특성을 동시에 갖는 물질을 포함하는 센서부를 이용하여, 인가된 압력 및 열에 의한 전기 신호를 획득하는 단계, 획득된 상기 전기 신호로부터, 상기 압력에 의해 생성된 압력 신호와 상기 열에 의해 생성된 열 신호를 분리하는 단계, 상기 압력 신호 및 상기 열 신호 각각으로부터 고통 데이터 생성 여부를 판단하는 단계, 및 상기 고통 데이터를 출력하는 단계를 포함하는 고통 감지 방법을 개시한다.
